Co-managers can perform actions on your TextMark that normally only the primary manager can do. This method lists the current co-managers and their roles.
See delete_comanager() to delete co-managers.
See grant_comanager() to assign and grant/revoke rights to co-managers.

Resp:

JSON response.head.rescode==0 for success, or error code otherwise.
